Our role is to deliver the platform, interfaces, integrations, and reporting tools that support account and payment functionality. The regulated services themselves, including account issuance, payment execution, card program operation, and regulatory compliance, are provided by our licensed financial partners.

Our regulated partners hold the necessary licences and authorisations to provide financial services, and they are responsible for regulatory compliance, customer due diligence, and the operation of card programmes. As a user, your role is to provide the required information, use the account and card services made available, and contact support when needed. This clear separation of responsibilities ensures that every part of the service operates within appropriate regulatory frameworks.
